Kajiado County will have thirteen teams vying for glory in the 2025/26 Lower Rift Regional League Zone C following outstanding performances in local football competitions. The promotions show the county’s growing strength in grassroots football and reflect broader participation across all sub-counties.
From Kajiado East, Ereteti FC and Isinya United booked their promotion after campaigns marked by consistency and determination. Kajiado North will field four teams,AFC Rongai, Tuala, KHBT, and Streetboys, who impressed with their steady form throughout the season.
Enkusero-Keri will represent Kajiado West, showcasing marked improvement and resilience over recent seasons. Kajiado South sends four teams which includes Viking, Loitokitok Youth, Kimana Allstar and Highlanders FC, all of whom earned their place through strong county performances. Completing the list are MTTI and Ilbilsil FC from Kajiado Central, both demonstrating solid campaigns in the county league.

The promotions give Kajiado County wider representation in the regional football setup and provide players with an opportunity to compete at a higher level. They also highlight progress in building organized club structures, nurturing young talent, and strengthening competitive football across the county.
Preparations for the new season are expected to start immediately, with teams adjusting to the demands of regional competition including travel, player registration and logistics. Support from fans, sponsors and local football administrators will be crucial to ensure a successful debut for these new entrants.
As the 2025/26 season approaches, Kajiado football looks set to take another important step forward, with thirteen promoted teams ready to showcase their talent and represent the county in the Lower Rift Regional League.
