Kajiado North Member of Parliament (MP) Onesmus Ngogoyo today joined education and security officials in the official opening of the national examination container to mark the start of the 2025 written KCSE examination season and the end of KJSEA exams.
The event signified an important transition in the education calendar as Grade 9 learners sat their final Kenya Junior Secondary Education Assessment (KJSEA) papers, Social Studies and Religious education, while Form Four candidates began their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with English Paper 1 and Chemistry Paper 1.
The opening exercise was attended by all Headteachers and Principals from primary and secondary schools, the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC), the Sub-County Director of Education, Teacher Service Commission (TSC) Sub-County representatives, and the Sub-County security team.

Ngogoyo expressed his best wishes to all candidates, urging them to stay focused and confident as they begin this important academic stage. He also appreciated teachers, parents, and education officials for their dedication in preparing learners for success.
The joint supervision exercise ensured transparency and accountability in the handling of examination materials across the Sub-County, marking a smooth start to the national tests.
