NYOTA validation exercise conducted across Kajiado County

The NYOTA validation exercise was successfully conducted across all five constituencies in Kajiado County on October 24, 2025, marking an important milestone in the national verification process under the NYOTA Programme. The exercise, which focused on confirming data accuracy, project progress and community participation, concluded at 12:30 p.m. after a strong countywide turnout.

In Kajiado Central, the event took place at the Youth Center in Majengo, next to the Assistant County Commissioner’s central office, where hundreds of participants gathered to review and verify program records. In Kajiado East, the Isinya Multipurpose Hall hosted residents, officials, and program representatives who worked collaboratively to confirm constituency-level data.

The National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) Hall in Kajiado North also saw high attendance, with facilitators and local stakeholders examining records and validating progress reports. In Kajiado South, the Kimana Primary Hall became a focal point for the exercise, attracting community leaders and residents committed to ensuring the accuracy of the verification outcomes.

Meanwhile, in Kajiado West, activities were held at the KIBT Ngong Campus in Kibiko, where participants engaged in discussions and reviewed data consistency across various program areas.

By the close of the exercise at midday, officials confirmed that the process had been smooth, transparent, and inclusive across all constituencies. The successful completion of the NYOTA validation exercise in Kajiado County demonstrated strong community participation and reaffirmed the county’s commitment to accountability and accurate data management within the national programme.
